INDUSTRIAL AND MEDICAL GASES NIG. PLC – 2022 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

This is to inform Nigerian Exchange Limited and all Stakeholders of Industrial & Medical Gases Nigeria Plc (the Company) that the Company will not be able to file its Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the year ended 31 December 2022 today, as required by law.

The reason being that the audit is still on-going and currently at the concluding stage. We have discussed with our auditors, Deloitte and have both agreed that we will be able to conclude and issue the audited financial statements on or before Friday 7 April 2023.

Consequently, in line with the Nigerian Exchange Limited’s Rule on closed period, no insider is permitted to deal in the securities of the Company until 24 Hours after the 2022 AFS has been released to the public.

Accordingly, no Director, employee, persons discharging managerial responsibility and Advisers of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
